The printed postcard has been in use for well over a century and the early example are now collectors items.

POSTCARDS

Postcards are available in three finishes machine varnished, gloss laminated and matt laminated and includes a black printing on the back. Traditionally postcards are printed on card that has a good writing surface on the back and if you are re-selling your postcards this is what you will want. However if you are using postacards for promotional services you will find our handouts and flyers are more cost effective.

ADVERTISING FLYERS

Flyers are printed on 400gsm Triple Coated Matt Art paper and have a matt UV varnish on one side. The reverse has a single black printing as standard. Although single sided and other finishes for flyers are available.

POSTCARD PRICES

Our general prices start at £110 for 1,000 full colour postcards machine varnished on 350 gsm card printed black on the reverse. From artwork supplied.Gloss and matt lamination is available as an extra (£15 & £20 per thousand). Basic artwork creation for one card is £30.

HANDOUTS

Are printed on slightly thinner card than flyers.

CHECKING

Your artwork for cards will be checked by laslett.info and will not be sent for printing until your approval of a .pdf (unless you require a hardcopy printout sent by post)

We will send you a .pdf of the final artwork attached to an email for you to check or put it up online for you to see.

A printed proof can be sent in the post to sign off before the job is sent to the printers (£10)

Printers proofs sent by the printer are also available (£15).

ARTWORK

We have set up the artwork guidelines for you to use if you want to set up your own artwork CLICK HERE to see our design guide lines showing type area and bleed size etc. These can be printed out on your desk top printer if you wish.

Artwork can be accepted on 100 meg zip disk, CD and email.

DELIVERY

Delivery to one UK address starts at £15.50 for 1,000 cards or 1,250 flyers.

RETOUCHING

A Photoshop re-touching service is available if required ( starting at £20 - estimated quotes available on request).

VAT

VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.

STUDENTS

For students we offer a special low run printing service of 250 cards on a lighter stock (280gsm) for £70. We can scan your photographs and will design your card for you if you wish (basic design price starts at £20).
